Try the Song at Midnight at Peony

I recently (well, in the grand scheme of time) trotted over the water to what we in Seattle call the east side, to stop in at Bellevue’s Peony, a 1930s-in-Shanghai-inspired bar and restaurant. There I had the swell sipper, the Song at Midnight, named for a classic Chinese movie, which marries well with the bar’s vibe. And then I got to write about it, and put the recipe for it, in the also swell Seattle magazine. That means you (yes you) can read all about the Song at Midnight. Fun all around!
