Sour-ing With the What’s New Pussycat? at Heartwood Provisions

Seattle’s new-ish Heartwood Provisions is an amazing spot, with a singular bar program, part of which is pairing each food item with a specially-designed cocktail, and a swell person running the whole beverage show, Amanda Reed.
